This Privacy Policy explains how AI Fashion Try-On ("the App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide the App's core features (virtual clothing try-on, AI avatar generation, and outfit recommendations):

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate AI-powered virtual try-on images and avatars using your uploaded photos.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
To process subscription purchases and manage your entitlements via Apple App Store / RevenueCat.
To display advertisements and measure ad performance via Google AdMob.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. Photo & Image Processing

Photos you upload (clothing items, your face/avatar photos) are processed using third-party AI image-generation and background-removal services solely to produce your requested try-on results. Processed images are stored securely in our cloud storage (Firebase Storage) and are only accessible to your authenticated account. We do not use your personal photos to train public AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) with access-control rules that restrict each user's images and data to that user's own authenticated account. We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted network transport (HTTPS/TLS) and authenticated, per-user storage access rules.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access to our features. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and use device identifiers, approximate location, and app interaction data to serve ads, including personalized ads where you have provided consent. Where required by applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR), we present a consent request before any personalized advertising or data sharing occurs, and you may withdraw or manage your consent at any time. 6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions)
RevenueCat (subscription and in-app purchase management)
AI image-generation providers (e.g., fal.ai) used to process clothing/avatar images and generate try-on results
Google AdMob (advertising and ad measurement)
Apple App Store (for purchases and account sign-in where applicable)

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and image data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9).

8. Your Rights

Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your account information within the App.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Portability: You may request an export of your data where applicable.
Objection/Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g., personalized ads), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

9. Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in the App's account settings, or email us at support.fashiontryon@icloud.com with your account email address. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
