Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the App's features (e.g., generating virtual try-on images and avatars). You confirm you have the right to upload any photos you submit, including photos of yourself or others with their consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of any person without their consent.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, obscene, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App's services or AI models.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or third party's rights.
• Interact with advertisements in the App in a fraudulent, automated, or deceptive manner.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases ("IAP") for premium features and credits, processed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or Apple's refund policies.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob and its advertising partners to support free access to the App's features, and may offer optional rewarded ads that grant in-app credits or benefits in exchange for viewing an ad to completion. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse the products or services they promote. Advertisements are subject to Google's own policies, and any personalized advertising is shown only where you have provided the required consent. We are not responsible for your interactions with, or any transactions arising from, third-party advertisements.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party AI services to generate virtual try-on images and avatars. Generated results are provided "as is" and may not perfectly represent real-world appearance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
